It's Sunday you know what that means, a new recipe for Sunday dinner. This week I'm giving you "P's Party Wings." They are absolutely delicious and perfect for game nights. My husband has been glued to the t.v. watching the east and western nba conferences so I brought these in the man cave and they were a hit. The sauce for these wings is amazing, I decided instead of doing all finger foods to serve them with a side of jasmine rice, and stir fry vegetables. They were a great compliment to the wings, and the sauce blends well with the rice and veggies. I hope you guys love it as much as we did, please leave a comment with any feeback or suggestions. As always thanks for reading and enjoy!
3lbs of party wings
Preheat your oven to 375º
Season wings generously with seasoning salt (or regular salt, your preference), Pepper, and garlic powder. Place the chicken in a baking dish, I used a glass dish 9 x 13.
In a med bowl mix together 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 cup of honey, & 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic.
Pour over the chicken and let it bake for about an hour. When the sauce has caramelized its ready!
